I made this dress because I liked the pattern... I thought it was kind of different with the long sleeves and simple design. Compared to most commercially available wedding gowns it's fairly modest. I added a lining to the skirt. The top is fully lined also (as directed by the pattern). The top has princess seams (my favorite). The skirt has a teeny tiny train - see below left. The buttons on the back and the sleeves are fabric covered buttons, made from the identical fabric of the dress. It took around twenty hours of sewing time.
