Neo-Victorian Black Ball Gown

This gown was a special order from a lady who lives in Seattle. One of these days I will get some photographs of her wearing the gown; in the meantime, here it is on my dress form. Keep in mind that the sleeves will look very different when the gown is worn by a human being. :-) There is a detailed dress diary for this costume.
