Time Travel Costumes 2009 Regency Period Jane Austen Gown in White
A white Regency (1790 - 1810) gown which I made for a professional harpist to wear during one of her recitals in 2009. This would make a nice wedding gown as well, for a Regency period wedding. Be sure to look at my other photos of Regency gowns.

My current project: A silk wedding gown inspired by the styles of the 12th Century and the LOTR movies.

Welcome to Time Travel Costumes, where you can enjoy the fashions of ages past, present... and imagined.

I am a seamstress located in South Florida (Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Naples, etc). I sew primarily for my own benefit and sometimes I sell my garments (there is only so much room in my closet after all). My designs are inspired by garments from throughout history, from the Regency period (Jane Austen’s time), the American Civil War, the Renaissance, the Medieval/ Middle Ages, and the Victorian era.  I make costumes for men, women, children, and pets.  Cloaks and capes are one of my most popular garments – and it’s easy to see why!  They tie with corsets as my own favorite.

I love to make vintage styled wedding gowns.

My science fiction costumes are either completely unique, or extremely accurate to the character – it depends on what you are looking for.
